Is it:

α) The constant miserable faces of the ballet pump and large sunglasses brigade;
β) White middle-class youths taking in faux Caribbean accents;
γ) Jeans hanging of the backside;
δ) Peoplez addingz 'z' to words for no reason, OR zubztituting the letter 's' for the letter 'z';
ε) Robbing old ladies at gunpoint;
ζ) Other....

The fact that they don't all live up to our grumpy old bastard stereotyping of them...How very dare they!..

There's a in my youth group, and she is almost two years younger then I am. She seems to be in that phase, where you are begining to grow up, so you think that you ARE a grown up.
You know, that time when you say things like. "I'm totaly this," or "I'll baby-sit the kid." and wheres dark sunglasses inside and at night. I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm almost embaresed for her. Like one day, she came into church with all her hair twisted into some odd thing with clips sticking out everywhere. I'd like to know how to handle her. Should I act like it's no big deal, or shold I kind of give her warnings with my eyebrows? You get the jist. And for her own saftey, let's changer her name to Bridget.

She is going thru the "I know it all" stage.

Ignore her if at all possible. A raised eye brow will only make her think you are jealous of her. I am sure it will happen though, if she acts and looks the way you said she does.
I know I couldn't help myself.

Haha!! I can remember the time when my dad bought a clapped out sports car and started wearing the bright suit jackets and jeans with sunglasses. He started going to the gym, "eating healthy" (if you don't include the countless takeaways and beer... ^_^) anyways I'm glad when he got over that stage and realised, why regain something that he's never really lost? my dads a star as I'm sure both your mum and dad are two.

My mum got a tattoo when she was 50 and my dad got a BMW M3 convertible sports car last year. Also, my mum decided to start smoking cannabis last year, but she didn't like it much so she ended up only doing it twice and hasn't bothered again. Its quite funny about my mum because actually she's rather more "prim and proper" than "ageing rock chic"

I'm hoping its all just a phase, otherwise I don't know what I'm going to do with them.

To all of you movie connoisseurs, I could really use your help! I am attempting to identify three sci-fi movies from my youth which I would love to purchase if and when they become available. I do not recall the names, only some particulars about them.

The first film is a B-movie which involves a lone invading alien that is mostly seen sporting a black suit, a black hat, and wearing dark sunglasses that covers up glowing eyes. When he removes his sunglasses and catches the eye of an unsuspecting person, he has the power to force his will on them. He can make a person, against their will, kill themselves if he feels threatened. Yeah, I know, sounds cheeessssy! That's why it's a B-movie, but it's a pretty good popcorn movie!

The second film stars Charles Bronson. He plays a college professor whose mother was sexually attacked by a vampire, producing him. She gave her life for his survival, feeding her son her own blood over some years. Now an adult who is neither all human or all vampire, he feeds off raw bloody meats in the privacy of his home, as he searches for the one that sired him so he can destroy him.

The third film deals with a man's attempts to convince those around him that what he dreams is actually his reality and that their reality is really part of his dream.

I hope some of you can recall the films from these brief plot descriptions! Thank you in advance for you assistance!

I can't help with the first two, but the third one sounds like the plot of an episode of "The Twilight Zone" entitled "Shadow Play". He is on death row trying to tell everyone that they and their whole world are manifestations of his dream, and if they execute him, the whole world will disappear.
