I have dry eyes and I have been looking online for sunglasses that help prevent dry eyes while riding. I have found 2 brands Panoptx and Wiley X. Both have eye cups that nothing can get through. And according to both companies, these eye cups help prevent dry eyes.
I would prefer to get prescription lenses, that way I don't have to wear my contacts while riding, but if I get them in prescription, then I would wear them as my everyday sunglasses, and if I am wearing my contacts, then I'ld be out of luck. Do you see my delema?
Also, my Rx is +5.25 O.D. and +6.00 O.S., so do you know of any other brand that can fit my Rx?
Any ideas/recommendations?

Your plans are getting a little complicated. Before spending some $$$ on script glasses have you tried non script glasses with your contacts? There are plenty of $15 wrap around sunglasses that I'd try before going with the scripts. If you haven't tried a couple close fitting ones yet give it a try, sure would be cheaper and less of a pain in the butt.

this is a tough decision, should i buy an abu garcia revo skeet reese signature series reel with a Wright & McGill tessera skeet reese signature series rod or a Daiwa Aggrest reel with a Shimano Cumara rod? The revo comes with a free pair of Wiley X sunglasses.

Okay, I know nothing about prescriptions and eye glasses, but I'm going back to the optometrist in August and I think I'll be getting a prescription. I've got slight myopia in my left eye and some astigmatism in my right eye.

I heard troops over there in Iraq and shizzle get free ballistic sunglasses handed out to them to use in their missions and whatnots, I guess Oakleys or Wiley X sunglasses. That's fine and well, but what about the guys that need to have prescription lenses and don't see 20/20? Do they still get those sunglasses or do they have to buy their own? And if they do get them, does it take longer, since they'll need to be special ordered and fitted with the prescription lenses? And what does ballistic mean anyway? I don't think it will stop bullets.
It's just to keep the sun out of their eyes so they can see to shoot. They're usually Wileys. It takes a while longer for prescription. My moms took like 3 months to get them but she wasn't in Iraq at the time so that might make a difference. She didn't have to pay for them.
For a Young Man, a short pant beigh or caki, or military green or black with military boots like Dr martens or Rangers and T shirt , blue, white or black and a sunglasses sport black like X WILEY etc?

im british and english style is arguably one of the best in the world you sound too cool for school seriously that is the way that most indie rockers in are country dress and many people love dr martens i own a pair and im a girl no one in england would laugh at you especially not londoners you would fit right in you sound mega stylish and being differents nothing to be ashamed of english people are known for being unique and eclectic even retro just own it why not travel to the uk?
