I have been looking for a good pair of sunglasses but i am on a tight budget so want to know where i could get a paid of discount mens sunglasses. I like raybans or oakley sunglasses.

No, there's not a difference.
You'll even notice that the model numbers for things shown can be identical in both the men's and women's section (e.g., 03-650, 03-651).
The only real difference is which pre-assembled color schemes are marketed to which gender.
Women are probably more likely to purchase the regular size lens models rather than the XLJ models, but that is not an official men's vs. women's difference.
The frames are the same size. There are two different lens size/style options (which can be switched out back and forth in the same frame). There are various color combinations. That's it.
(And if you have an "Asian" face, there are frames that are tweaked for different facial structure, but there's still not a men's vs. women's difference.)
