Maui Jims Sunglasses

Has anyone had any experiences with breaking their Maui Jim sunglasses and trying to get Maui Jim to fix them?

For example if they were sat or stepped on?

I broke my last sunglasses, It's a Police Sunglasses. I feel sorry for your sunglasses but i think there's nothing you can do but buy another pair. It's best to care really good care of it when you buy another pair.

Title says it all. I currently have CDM Brine Green Mirror sunglasses, and want something a bit more professional looking (black frame/not shiny lenses/temple grey stuff). I want a frame that is similar to the CDM Brine, though. Can you help me?

Perhaps the Maui Jim Stingray will work for you; frame seems similar to CDM Brine. Anyway, I recommend you search the eBay offerings for Maui Jim products, of which there are many.

Here's another idea for you. I just bought a pair of Maui Jim Kahuna sunglasses (in gunmetal grey; list for $275) from an optician's office and got my prescription added on. I wanted them measured and fitted properly so I paid full price. These are spectacular sunglasses ("modified aviator style") to wear and they look like a million bucks. People notice them and ask about them. Many raves. A very high quality product. Feels like the sunglass equivalent of a Ferrari.

I have a pair... i got them in maui 2 yrs ago. There just like my Aviators except the work better. Get your style up.. Cop yourself a pair. There nice. ANSWER: People willing to spend more money for nice glasses.

I have a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, and love them. I am looking to buy pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, and wondering how they can compare to each other?? If you have had both, which did you like better and why??

i have had both. I used to wear Ray Bans all the time, but I think that Maui Jim's are better quality. I am on my 3rd or 4th pair in 12 years.

It is just a personal preference really. Both are really good brands. I just seem to like the styling of the MJ better. And customer service for repairs at MJ is very good.

My husband ordered a pair today thru LensCrafters and got rx lenses for them. Loves the style and fit. Are they going to be as good as they seem quality-wise? Total cost was over $600 for them so I am wondering what's different about them.
