HELP I'm dressing up as a hippie for Halloween but I don't know how to dress!!?

I'm not entirely sure what a hippie should look like.
All I've got is an afro, a bandana and an extremely colorful tiedye shirt. Do hippies wear sunglasses? Flip-flops? Bangels? Bellbottoms?
HELP!!!


Yeah bell bottoms, round sunglasses, and you should be able to find some cool old shoes at the thrift store. Sounds like a cool costume. Oh and you could paint a flower on your face or something, just a little one.

what kind of sunglasses did hippies wear? (pictures will be appreciated)

and did they wear finger nail polish? if so, what colors?


Most wore aviator frames OR they were different shapes in wire rimmed.

I never wore fingernail polish and I was a hippie. Do a bunch of bright colors remember it was *Flower power* and lots of beads, bell bottom pants and fringes loads of fringes in leather mostly.
