Sure. All designer sunglasses(absolutely including Armani) come with lenses offering 100% UV protection, just make sure you get them from reputable sites or stores, such as Vision Direct.

im looking for these sunglasses the ones the guy is wearing i know they are from a '07 collection but dont know if its from earlier this year or 07/08. or does anyone know where i could find them ive been on the website but they dont have them.

You want to know why you can't find them on the website? It is very simple. If you looked at the ad campaign, you would realize that it is from Spring/Summer collection.
Since we are now on Autumn/Winter 07/08, those sunglasses are no longer in production and your best bet is to find dead stock or to look for a used pair on eBay.
