These are the laser safety goggles I'm thinking of wearing http://www.dragonlasers.com/catalog/Lase r-Safety-Glasses-price0-p-1-c-296.html
No you will not. You can see on this website that the optical density (OD) of the laser safety glasses or goggles is at least 3. At that level you will only be able to see the beam point.

I need glasses for a 95mW 532nm green laser. I'm looking for glasses that look more like regular sunglasses than lab goggles. I would rather not spend more than $30, but I would be willing to spend up to fifty. I know where to get regular goggles for a good price if I can't find anything like this.
Thanks in advance!
Very cheap glasses that works fine: http://www.focalprice.com/Professional_A nti_Green_Laser_Glassess_LP076X_7348.htm l

Ive orderd a 200mw red laser some rechargeable batts and charger from dealextreme.com (yes im tight and belive paying to much is absurd), so i was wondering what can i expect? Will the beam surpass my ebay 5mw green laser??? Is the red laser pointer im getting going to be any good for burning and will i need goggles or safety specs (cant i just wear a cheaper alternate possibly sunglasses), Did i do the right thing, will i like the laser, will it be worth the wait?
THANKS.
I imagine your red laser is a helium neon, that's what I used in my light show. They throw a very brilliant ruby red spot that in the higher wattages are visable across the street in daylight.
Now, a confession. In a dark barroom, that spot on the back of a girl's hairdo looks like a cigarrete got it burning, often her girlfriends will slap her silly trying to put it out. In a dark room, a helium neon always looks like smoldering fire. Shameful, I know.
I once had a drunk Norwegion sailor in Baton Rouge convinced the whiskey was haunted. Each time the bartender brought him a fresh drink, I waited till the sailor had it in his hand, then nicked the corner of the glass with the laser. All of the glass, and the liquid inside would glow a brilliant ruby red.
He would put the drink down fast, and order a fresh one as he shoved the last one away. The bartender saw what I was doing, chuckled, and pretended not to see anything. That really had the sailor doubting his sanity. Shameful, I know.
I think there were 6 untouched drinks sitting there when I hit the last drink as the bartender was handing it to him. The sailor drew back horrified, the bartender just stood there smiling with a drink of red hot molten lava in his hand.
The sailor shook his head, left the bar, and sat down at a table, still shaking his head. At that point, I felt so ashamed that I went over and showed the laser to him, and tried to explain to his broken English what had happened.
He was so happy not to be insane, that he brought all the drinks from the bar and made me help him drink them, as he toasted Elvis Presley, and tried to sing "You ain't nothin but a hound dog" in broken English.
I guess my point is there are more fun things to do with a laser than just burn things. And no, you don't need goggles, you can't even see the beam, just the spot. If it were shined directly into some one's eye, however, that is not good, especially with a high wattage laser.
Sorry, yours won't have the sophisticated lenses needed to concentrate the spot for burning, or the power to achieve it. But, you can still have fun, experiment.

Brand 1 is much better as it has a higher FPS and an adjustable hop up system, which will effectively increase your range by thirty or so feet. However, I recommend the purchase of a battery or gas powered rifle, as they are much more effective then a spring variant.

Similarities And Differences Of Prk And Lasik Laser Eye Surgery
With the highly-developed technologies of vision treatments, people nowadays are opting to take laser eye surgery to treat their eye problems as laser surgery can take certain eye problems away completely. However, for most people, they just know two of the most common laser surgeries -- PRK and LASIK, but they are confused what these eye surgeries actually are and which one is better. The following will give a brief introduction of PRK and LASIK on their similarities and differences in the hope of giving people some help on understanding of laser eye surgery. The differences of both laser eye surgeries are as following: First, they use different ways to treat eye problems. PRK involves sculpting to change the surface of the eye. While LASIK uses the laser to treat myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism, a flap is cut on the eye to allow the laser to get behind to perform the remodeling instead of sculpting. Second, compared with LASIK, PRK is more risky. PRK makes use of PK procedure and radial...
