You can get frames from any glasses store. Sometimes the glasses will have the logos on the lenses( I think it prevents ppl from stealing them) so ask if there's a way to get those off.

A pair of glasses I bought off the internet (non-prescription, fashion glasses) irritates the top of my ears. I tried putting moleskin on the ear parts of the glasses but it's not really helping.
Any suggestions on how to either make the glasses wider without breaking them?

Try taking them back where you bought them. This is service is normally included in the price of the glasses. Oops! I guess you can't go there .
