Fashion Glasses Frame

i love the black framed glasses look. but i can never find any. i don't need them medically so it cant have perscription lenses. i would like to buy them from a store if possible and i would love them to be low in cost. no of anywhere?

I have H&M and QS and that sorta shop.
then i have River island and topshope and miss selfreges ect ect

i do hav primark and topshop but in town and im not allowed in townn :'(

I don't my eyeglasses anymore. I bought those dark wide rimmed (fashion) glasses about a year ago. I was in college, but now I graduated and I'm looking for a job. And I would like to change them with something less noticeable, something more conservative looking.

Is it possible for me to just take my old glasses, buy new frames and ask them to make the lenses with the same prescription as the old ones? ( I don't actually have the paper, so is it possible for them to just get this measurements from my old pair)

or do I need to get my eyes checked again?

They can measure your lenses and get your prescription from that. They might suggest an exam since it's been a year. If you're looking to transfer the lenses from one frame to another, it would have to be to a smaller frame. If you're just looking for a new pair but with the same prescription, they can use your old ones to get it. Or, you might be able to just get that information from the doctor who did your last exam. Aren't there enough attractive designer frames to keep glasses on the fashion victim? Personally, I started with contacts and switched for the convenience. Now I believe I look better with glasses with my wide cheekbones. That has to be true for other people (maybe those with smaller eyes).

So, isn't this treatment a little out-dated since Dorothy Parker's snarky "men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses"? What's your opinion? Are eyeglasses still ugly?

To them, most of those people don't want glasses plus sometimes if your older and don't have glasses it can make you look much younger, that's why they do it most of the time. For what the person wants and to make them look a lot younger than they are. But yes glasses can be very attractive. My boyfriend has them and he is still gorgeous as ever. And a lot of friends I have, also have them. They are still beautiful. Everyone has their own opinion though. Where those glasses girl, don't let them wear you [:

Im thinking of getting some kenneth cole or armani frames.

I think it is fine. I HAVE to wear glasses and wish I didn't. However, if people want to express themselves with non-prescription glasses, I don't see the harm. Some glasses are pretty tight and if a person finds they like it and are comfortable; GO FOR IT!
