Also, what is the proper term for the type of 3D video that 3D video glasses are compatible with? Is it sequential?
Hi, I mean the electronic video glasses with 2 LCD screens built-in, the ones that give the effect that you're watching a 50inch screen or bigger. The older ones (Olympus) didn't support 3D but the newer brands of glasses do.
I'm pretty sure iTunes sell 3D videos cos there's some MyVu 3D video glasses which are built for iPod. I don't have iTunes though so I can't check but that's the buzz on the street!!
Well, there is an excellent site http://www.orangedwarf.com for video glasses, camera glasses and spywear. I am pretty confident that you will find what y're looking for!

Do any of you have video eyewear glasses?
I'm interested in buying one but would like to know how clear the screen appears through the glasses.
Ive seen a few offering different size displays including 44" 50" and 80"
Obviously the larger screen would be ideal but does the image appear more blurred. ( the 80" display ive read about is offered with a resolution of 640 x 480 vga... personally i dont think thats enough).
Have any of you viewed the screen with a movie being played?
Can you recommend a specific make or model for the viedo eyewear glasses?
Thanks
It is important to know, that most people who buy these glasses usually sell them soon after, due to the blinding headaches they cause.

Do you know the glasses thing that lookes like a 50" screen? I am looking to buy one, but does it really look big???? I have a crap 19" CRT round TV......will it be better than that? Please help....I dont want to waste that much money.
By the way i want to play wii on it.....and maybe take it on the road.
So in conclusion is it better than a 19" ooooold tv, does it REALLY look like a 50 even 40 or 30" tv screen? Will it be good to play wii games on?
Thank you soo much if you answer!
Nothing is going to look like a 50" TV except a 50" TV. However, the very small TV in the glasses will look better than your old 19" TV. Of course so will any digital TV. Since you do not give the price of the glasses I can't really compare, but I would certainly check the resolution of the display in the glasses and make sure it is up to snuff. If they can not do at least a 720 resolution they are not worth it. That would be 1280x720 or 1366x720. If they can't do that they won't look as good as a digital TV.

Vuzix Wrap 920 3-D glasses promise big screen experience
Can’t afford a big screen TV or projector but still want to experience that cinema feeling when watching a movie? The Vuzix Wrap 920 video eyewear is a sunglass-style display that delivers a virtual 67-inch screen as seen from 10ft away, displays 2D and 3D video and is claimed to be the most advanced wearable display available. It also features removable noise-isolating earbuds, an adjustable nose bridge and weighs less than 3oz.
The Vuzix Wrap 920 connects to all NTSC or PAL audio/video devices with video-out capabilities and composite video connections. The eyewear comes with a composite A/V adapter for iPod/iPhone for simple plug ‘n’ play connection to your portable media player. There are optional Wrap Adapter connections for HDMI-equipped devices and even desktop PC and laptops for watching movies.
We can think of a few scenarios where these glasses would be quite handy – like in bed when your partner is trying to sleep but you want to watch a movie, or when you can’t focus on the tiny airplane screen with matching poor quality sound.
