Can anyone tell me about this eyewear brand??

Folks I just saw these swanky sunglasses made by some brand called 'Rudi Kellner'. It's supposed to be from Germany. Now, I've never heard of it b4, so if any of u can help!!!?? Also tell if the glasses are polarized, or whatever it takes to get them to ban harmful rays of the sun.

I am guessing that you are from India and probably Mumbai. As this brand is from Mumbai and I am not sure if it is even that popular outside mumbai.
If you check their website www.rudikellner.com you will find that they claim it to be from germany but in their "contact us" page they tell their Mumbai address and claim to be a part of "Flair", a pen manufacturer.

if you search words rudi kellner on Google you will find your post and a few other pages mentioning it. Other than that you don't see any mention of this pen. You will not find this in European or US markets.

By saying it is made in India it doesn't mean it is of bad quality. It just means that it doesn't have that status. It is like wearing wills cloths which can be as stylish but never give you the status of wearing Armani or even Banana Republic

On the side note, if you want polarized glasses go to a mall and ask for a polarized sunglasses. You can get these of good brands like Poloroid or Oakley which will cost you a lot but you can buy local brands which are cheaper.
Just by being polarized the sunglasses block one type of polarization from entering. That doesn't mean it saves from harmful rays. It reduces glare. By glare I mean the reflection of light source from a semi reflecting surface such as water or may be glass or road sometimes. Any decent sunglasses block harmful rays as far as they block UV rays. Most of the well known and a little expensive brands will do that. Some of the designer ones are more for style and not for protection.

Why do people wear sunglasses indoors or at night?

I can understand when welders have to wear protective eyewear, because the stuff they are welding with can create such a bright light as to damage their eyes, but most indoor settings don't have very bright lights to hurt your eyes, so why do people still wear sunglasses inside in these situations? And then some people will wear sunglasses at night, when there is no sun out!

The sun never sets on cool, dude.

Has anyone been to Artsee Eyewear in NYC?

Just wanted to know if it is good before I head over there and go out in the sun. The sun isn't exactly my friend lol. Im from upper eastside so thats a lot of walking. I avoid driving as much as possible for the exercise. But wouldn't want to go there to find I dont like anything. I hear their sunglasses are over the top and Lady gaga-like.

easyclip eyewear. does anone know where they are made in? im due to new pair of glasses?

ye so i was looking at new glasses. (im a teenager) and theirs these glasses, from a company called easyclip. i did a web search, they dotn appear very "big". was wondering if anyone knew where they are made in.

also, the reason i like em is cause they come wit a sun glass magnetic clip on and i liked the style.
or any other suggestions are fine. i dont really know whats in style these days. i heard those thick plastic black ones but, theirs somehting about them i do not like but u never know.

thanks folks

yes, black plastic frames are in at the moment. also half frames are in and look really good on just about anyone. there's not as big a range for sunclip glasses. you could go into an optical store and try a few pairs on to see what suits you. it's really hard to say without seeing you.
