I have a pair of protective glasses from a company called "Computer Eyes". They help with the glare and eye strain, but it's not enough. I also use an anti-glare screen, but still more is needed.
I'm wondering if they make computer eye-wear that is tinted. I've searched internet, but have yet to find a company who makes these, if they exist.
Any recommendations?
The problem is eye strain. There is not a problem with sleeping nor is bipolar personality disorder a problem. It's just eye strain. Blue light is the light that comes from most computer screens and is strongest from laptops.

I'd say, the more danger you expose yourself to, the more protection you need. But this doesn't seem to suffice. I'd like more expansion for this answer, any ideas?
When fumes are involved (and you will be working with A LOT of those in chemistry) and well as possible splashing, you generally need something that does not allow air to vent through. Protective goggles that are meant specifically for chemistry have plugs to keep those fumes/liquids out. It's also why you have eyewash stations in your lab in case someone does not wear their goggles and need to wash the chemicals out of their eyes.

I can see perfectly but are you allowed to play rugby with glasses that are jsut for protection.
No, you cant. No need for it either: you are protected from big objects (like a fist) by the nose, and the odds of a cleat hitting your eyes are negligible.
