are all eyewear stores covered by all kids insurance?

if you could give the ones that are, that would be very helpful. Also it would be great if you could give me some that are in Chicago or the surrounding areas.

No. Store policies are different with the types of insurance they accept.

1. If you go to the website of the insurance plan you have, the plan will tell you which stores in your area accept the insurance.

2. Or you can go to the website of the major optical stores in your area, put in your zip code, and they sometimes list the insurance plans they accept.

3. Or you can call the major stores in your area and ask them if they accept your plan.

4. Also, ask them which services are covered with your insurance. For example, some provide a complete pair of eyeglasses every 1-2 years, some pay for 50%, some cover eyeglasses or contacts, others eyeglasses and contacts, etc.
