How can I clean my glasses?
Clarence

I don't have any glasses cleaner or anything special. Is there some home product or something safe I can use on my glasses? By the way I'm talking about eyewear just so you know.

Um, don't use baby oil.

Use either a spray designed for glasses, or alcohol will work in a pinch. Also, be sure to dry with a clean lint free cloth, preferably microfiber. You can get these at any eyecare place, usually complimentary.

Also, be sure you don' t use paper towels or your tshirt to dry or something like Windex to clean! That can scratch and/or strip coatings from your lenses.

Good luck!

Can a Person Go Blind From Being Around The Fumes of Bleach? Please answer I'm Afraid?
Torley gets a new pair of glasses - old pair

i had to clean my kitchen floor severely since my sisters dog pooped on it as if it was a backyard. i mopped and scrubbed to the bone. i didnt have any protective eyewear because the fumes just slips through the glasses and burns my eyes even more. so i tried hiding my face with my shirt and that didnt work. and now my eyes were burning just a bit and i got a little paranoid so i just would like to know what are the chances of me going blind over time from being immersed in the fumes of bleach. please help me and give me an answer because im very scared. i do not want to go blind i love my eyes and i dont take them for granted. just please tell me the percentage of going blind from the fumes or if i would even go blind at all.

You won't go blind. If so, my daughter would've blinded me a couple of months back when she poured bleach all over my bathroom floor and forgot to dilute it. We had to open windows, our eyes were watering and we were coughing and gagging. We were ok ... and you will be too.

Chimney cleaning and maintenance is vital. Over a period of time, with ongoing use of your fireplace, creosote and soot can build up in your chimney. This build-up can become flammable and can create a fire hazard in your home. Regular maintenance also includes removing any debris, birds nests, etc., that may have accumulated in your flue. Whether it’s creosote, soot or some other type of debris in your chimney, any of this debris can cause a problem, as it could impede the escape of smoke from your fireplace. This impediment could create a fire hazard, a buildup of carbon monoxide, or excessive smoke levels in your home. You should have your chimney inspected twice a month if you are using your fireplace on a regular basis. These frequent...
