Eyeglasses Repair Tool

I think I dropped the bottle of one of my perfumes and now the spray part doesn't work. The perfume barely comes out of the bottle it sprays out like a water gun. I need to know what store( preferably a well known, easy to get to chain store) carries the old fashioned glass or crystal perfume bottles with the little balloon you squeeze to spray the perfume.
Also, what is the best tool to use to open up the bottle that's broken so I can transfer the perfume to the new bottle? I was thinking of using a small screw driver from an eyeglass repair kit but I don't want to ruin the bottle so that nothing will spray out.
Please don't tell me to throw it out!lol It is a bottle of Marc Jacobs Essence and it is one if my favorites. You don't just throw out Marc Jacobs lol.

Use a small pair of pliers, gently grip and twist the metal cap on the bottle, and it should work free eventually, or...if you do find a bottle to put the perfume in, see if you can use a large darning needle to open a hole in the top of the bottle somewhere, so that the liquid can drip out and into the new bottle. Check department stores and pharmacies for new sprayer bottles. It's not going to be perfect, but it will save the expensive perfume liquid. Hope this helps somewhat.
