My daughter and I wear glasses and find them to be like jewelry, they fit our mood and outfits. I often hear these makeover shows talk about how glasses make you look so old and all that other stuff. What message is this sending young girls who have to wear glasses. Can they for once have a makeover show where someone goes into an eyeglass place and shows them the best colors and styles suited for today's woman?

I love wearing glasses. i've had them since i was about two years old and i cant remember not wearing them! When I was little used to want laser surgery or contacts so badly, but I'm not that fussed about it now.

it sends a pretty bad message I think. when i was a lot less confident and having a bad day i asked yahoo to rate my looks to try and give me a little boost (stupid, I know but hey i was PSMing) and pretty much all of them said lose the glasses. And I felt upset back then but now i'm just like 'eff off, the glasses are ME!"

You can get some really cool glasses in different colours and styles and they look really pretty on some people. Granted certain shaped glasses suit certain face types better but not everybody who where glasses are ugly! (and on that note, why is everybody who wears glasses catagorised as a nerd? =S)

I'm wearing glasses right now, I have to wear them all the time (I have +7 vision.) and i think they look nice. They are rectangular with frames that are EXACTLY the same colour as my eye colour. Which is pretty dam cool if you ask me.

My mom makes eyeglass beaded chains and she sells them at work (she works for an eye doctor).
Last year, she sold enough eyeglass chains at $10 each to buy a laptop.
I have been designing necklaces and bracelets in the same fashion, ranging $5, $7, and $10.
How should we expand our "business"?
What's the best way to sell handmade necklaces, bracelets, and eyeglass chains?

it's only 20 cents a listing and it stays listed for 4 months I think, they charge 3.5% of your profit. so if you sell something for $10 they would only charge you .35 cents.
