Eyeglasses Blue

I posted this question earlier, and it was somehow listed as resolved when it clearly was not. I bought blue transition glasses, but the company (lenscrafters) no longer does this color. Thanks

you should ask your optician if they can get them as as a special order lens,the only disadvantage to that is it may cost you a little more.the blue red and green transistion lens was pulled from the company i worked for because they weren't big sellers and the problems people had with the colour change but we can still locate them though from suppliers.
if your american sorry i can't give you any information as to who sells them or can locate them as i don't work over there but i am sure there is an optician that will place an order for them but only order them after you have checked the prices from store to store as it will vary!
ask for splitz lenses or invicta transition lenses they have a good colour range hope this helps good luck in your search

Whatever application you might use to apply paint would obscure your vision. Why not just do what is already done and use colored cellophane? You can buy whole rolls of blue and red at any store that sells gift wrap.

Despite what professionals say ('Never heard of that'), I'm not nuts. There are witnesses. My husband tried them on while watching golf and noticed that all the sand traps were similarly outlined in blue.

Did you get the "Featherweight" lenses from LensCrafters?

If so, that is your problem. They are polycarbonate which is light weight but also has high chromatic aberration.

Return them and ask for a better quality mid index material -- something thin but with less aberration.
