I bought some really awesome frames but now I need just the lenses and I want to get them for as cheap as possible since the frames were on the pricey side. If you could give me an idea of prices too, along with a place that would be great. Thanks!

I've used their services to replace lenses on one of my old pairs and they did it very efficiently and swiftly. They were exceptionally cheap too, I forget the price as it was quite a while ago but it was cheap!

Just ask their support for a quote on your glasses. And then if you're satisfied (which I'm sure you will be because it's cheap and good quality lenses) you just have to send your glasses to them and they'll replace the lenses and send them back. I was wondering if there is a huge diff between local and other big named sites or stores to get contacts or eye glasses? I have been paying alot at a local place, so it seems compared to others I have seen. Anyone have exp. with the major companys and prices, so I can make a decision. Local places seem to be 90 exam, 60 fitting and glasses100-200, contacts for toriq"-90

If you can wait a bit they have spring/summer sales on merchandise yo lure people in, as for the fitting we don't have
charges either should you. When there done all they is put them in hot sand and adjust. I'm just on Long Term Disability,
and I have been so hard-up I've gone to second hand stores!
I'm near sited so I'd just pick a pair I like, look around and if I can see well out of them, good enough for me, so long they're
on good condition. I don't care what other people think!

I am looking to get a pair of eyeglasses with just regular clear plastic lenses, that do not have any type of prescription to them... I just need a pair of glasses to wear inside because I have dry eyes and wearing glasses helps with that problem.. All the glasses I can find online look like safety glasses and not regular glasses... Do eyeglass places, like the ones in walmart, have eyeglasses without prescriptions in them... How much would I be looking at spending on these? Thanks

You can get them online for much cheaper than buying them from Lenscrafters and other stores like that... My mom got some Gucci ones from CoastalContacts.com. They have designer ones as well as some less expensive ones if you just want a cheap pair.

I am trying to make some cords / chains / necklaces that hold glasses. (you know, the chain that hangs around your neck that grips your glasses?) What are they called and where can I find them?

rubber. craft stores sell rubbere and then you'd need the little silver clamp
