Try contrasting the necklace with a pale or dusty pink top. The color will complement the necklace without detracting from it.

Assuming you need to wear glasses all the time, it depends on whether you want to stand out or not. If you want glasses that match your eye and hair color, go with either black or brown frames, although tortoiseshell would look really good and would be less harsh. If you want a little color on your face, dark or bright red frames would look great with both your hair and eyes.

Will tinted eyeglasses affect the way I look at colors?

I just ordered a pair of tinted glasses that is 20% grey. Will it make me see things darker when it comes to colors? I've never had a tinted glasses before.
I'll show you how I look when I get it David. You'll be jealous.


Being a grey tint, it won't affect color perception . Colors will still look the same color , but won't be as bright as in reality.

But, those glasses will probably make you look like you haven't been getting much sleep.

Does a normal eyeglass perscription to get contacts?

I want non perscription colour contacts... can I use my eyeglass perscription (recent) to get them? Does it have the right mesurement things or do i have to go back to the eyedoctor?


No. Your eyeglass Rx is not interchangable with a Contact Lens Rx.

You need a seperate Rx for Contacts that give a brand/material, size, and strength.

Most of the time the strength is not the same as your glasses Rx for several different reasons (vertex distance/compensated power, astigmatism/spherical equivalent, etc.).

Basically you need to see your OD to get fitted, diagnostic lenses, and follow ups for the first year.

    After consulting with an employee at an optometrist’s office and someone who I think has great fashion sense, I have put together some suggestions for what eyeglass frames go well with what hair color, eyebrow color, and eye color. Face shape and eyeglass frames are covered as well.

     

    If you have dark hair, such as black or brown, you should go with dark eyeglass frames. Those with light colored hair, such as blond or light brown, should consider picking light colored frames. I was told light blue and orangish-yellow frames look better on blonds. They look good with cool colored frames. Dark red and hunter green frames go well with raven hair and dark brown hair.

     

    This color concept for hair and eyeglass frames is the same for eyebrow color and eye color. Light colored frames go well with light eyes and light colored eyebrows. Dark frames go well with those with brown eyes and dark eyebrows. However, some people like contrast. A woman who has crystal blue eyes might want to show them off with a darker shade of frames. I know a woman who has black hair and brown eyes who loves her blue frames. When it comes down to it you should pick the color of eyeglass frames you like best. If in doubt get a second opinion from a friend.
