I want prescription eyeglasses from a name brand, whats the price?

i haven't gotten a new pair of glasses in about 2 years but last year i got contacts so id switch. Now i want thick,black,square framed Christian Dior glasses.
How much would they be?

i have insurance but they dont cover them...so thats not an option

would i be charged for the lens??
or would my insurance cover them?
