1. We've been flooded with orders over the past month, and we're just about caught up. Thanks for your patience if your glasses have taken a few extra days to complete. To reduce turnaround time, we're now ordering your lenses the day we receive your prescription, rather than placing a single mass order per week. This will reduce wait time to about one week.

We are an independent optical dispensary in Wicker Park, Chicago. After a decade working in the corporate optical industry we decided to go solo, doing exactly the opposite of what we were told. As a small business, we place the utmost emphasis on building our client base slowly and organically. Like our namesake animal, we hope to grow our family exponentially, using honesty and compulsive attention to detail to create a positive reputation in the community.
