American Best Eyeglasses

does anyone know what brand/type of eyeglasses danny gokey used during the AI finale, in his duet with lionel richie? i think they looked great and I'd like to have a pair just like 'em.

i'm such a huge fan of danny, and it's disappointing not to see him win. he's a much better singer than kris

Kris is much more original than Danny and I think that helped him win. Danny really didn't make any songs his own. He has a good voice but he's not a great original artist.

As for what glasses he wears, they're all from Lenscrafters. I'm not sure what pair he was wearing during the finale.

*edit* no, they're not from Randy's collection LOL. like i said, they're from Lenscrafters. I'll include the link that says so. And what's with the thumbs down? Must be from bitter Adam fans...

We have a few pairs of old eyeglasses that aren't doing us any good. Instead of shipping them to a third world country, I would prefer for them to go to an American struggling with the current economy. I know how to get them to Timbuktu, but I'd prefer that they go to Tampa, so to speak.
I looked at the Lion's Club website and it indicated that the glasses would be sent to a developing country. I'd really like to help an elderly American or family facing tight times here at home. Any other ideas?

Call your local Lions Club. They take used eyeglasses and recycle them to those who need them. That's what we did when my mom died. Hope this helps.

I don't ever hear the term 'eyeglasses', the most common is 'glasses' and occasionally you hear 'spectacles' (this term is used most with older people)

i am a chinese,and work in US.i have two experience that buy eye glasses from online shop ,once is from zenni optical ,i receive the glasses after 27 days.
next one if from glassesshop.com,though the price is a bit higher then zenni but i receive it after just 11days ,and the glasses is quality.

That is enough to buy mucho pairs of glasses.

Go to an optometrist first and get your eyes examined, then look at what they have to offer. If you don't like the choice, take your prescription and go to other optical stores.

Don't tell anybody you have $900.00 to spend...not a good idea.

Glasses won't cost anywhere near that.
