Any one heard of America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses? There's one in my town and there's an offer for 2 eyeglasses for 69.95 and a free eye exams.. is it really that cheap? How are the quality on the glasses?

i am a chinese,and work in US.i have two experience that buy eye glasses from online shop ,once is from zenni optical ,i receive the glasses after 27 days.
next one if from glassesshop.com,though the price is a bit higher then zenni but i receive it after just 11days ,and the glasses is quality.

Used them. HATE them. They love to take your money (and the price WILL work it's way up by the time they are done with all the add ons) They HATE to help. Poor customer service.

Do they accept insurance, so that my appoint can be free, or what is the deal with them? It says on their website that an appointment for contacts is $69.99, but what if I have insurance? Are you familiar with this place? If so, please help me become more familiar with them.
they don't accept insurance- the exam isn't very good, long waits. The good thing is the price
